If you are buying an item as a gift, I can ship directly to the gift recipient. Make sure to click “mark as gift” and to include a message. Please be specific on if it is a birthday gift or holiday gift. I will hand write out your message on a card (I have birthday and holiday cards.) Please make sure to have proper spelling/grammar. Gifts will also be sent in special gift boxes and wrapped in tissue paper.

Bulk orders: when ordering bulk items, please include style and amounts in note. Bulk orders will need 7-14 days to ship out.

Every wine topper is made by hand. I personally place and caste flowers into the topper. Since every topper is handmade, they might be slightly different and unique. I will always use the shown flowers in the design. There may be slight air bubbles, due to flowers being caste into the topper. Return policy: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving items. The buyer must pay for shipping in returning items. If you request shipping labels, a full refund, minus shipping cost, will be given once items are received. If you ship back with your own label, a full refund will be issued once items are received.
